Forensic Experts are appointed to provide an independent report to be submitted to a Court for the purpose of informing the Court as to his opinions in accordance with instructions provided. The Forensic Expert appointed is required to investigate facts, provide accounting and financial analysis and critique claims supported by facts.


Commercial disputes and property settlement disputes in divorce or separations proceedings can be extremely complex and costly. Appointing a Forensic Accountant in the early stages of the dispute can contribute significantly to reach an early settlement.
